The Company announces the allotment of 500,000 Ordinary Shares at 91.30p per share on 22 April 2014, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 17 April 2014 was 88.7p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 25 April 2014. As at 25 April 2014 the issued share capital will be 126,781,726 and the number of voting rights will be 126,781,726.
