HENDERSON DIVERSIFIED INCOME LIMITED

The Company announces the allotment of 250,000 Ordinary Shares at 90.75p per share on 16 December 2014, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 15 December 2014 was 87.9p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 18 December 2014. As at 18 December 2014 the issued share capital will be 145,631,726 and the number of voting rights will be 145,631,726.
