HENDERSON DIVERSIFIED INCOME LIMITED

The Company announces the allotment of 200,000 Ordinary Shares at 91.5p per share on 24 September 2014, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 23 September 2014 was 88.9p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 29 September 2014. As at 29 September 2014 the issued share capital will be 137,331,726 and the number of voting rights will be 137,331,726.
