HENDERSON DIVERSIFIED INCOME LIMITED

The Company announces the allotment of 850,000 Ordinary Shares at 90.0p per share on 21 October 2014, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 20 October 2014 was 87.7p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 23 October 2014. As at 23 October 2014 the issued share capital will be 139,681,726 and the number of voting rights will be 139,681,726.
