The Company announces the allotment of 100,000 Ordinary Shares at 92p per share on 25 November 2014, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 24 November 2014 was 89.6p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 27 November 2014. As at 27 November 2014 the issued share capital will be 143,681,726 and the number of voting rights will be 143,681,726.
