HENDERSON DIVERSIFIED INCOME LIMITED

The Company announces the allotment of 300,000 Ordinary Shares at 91.5p per share on 29 September 2014, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 26 September 2014 was 88.5p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 2 October 2014. As at 2 October 2014 the issued share capital will be 137,631,726 and the number of voting rights will be 137,631,726.
