HENDERSON DIVERSIFIED INCOME LIMITED

The Company announces the allotment of 250,000 Ordinary Shares at 90.8p per share on 27 October 2014, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 24 October 2014 was 88.5p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 29 October 2014. As at 29 October 2014 the issued share capital will be 139,931,726 and the number of voting rights will be 139,931,726.
