The Company announces the allotment of 495,298 Ordinary Shares at 93.125p on 11 February 2015, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 10 February 2015 was 90.50p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 13 February 2015. As at 13 February 2015 the issued share capital will be 152,728,240 and the number of voting rights will be 152,728,240.
