HENDERSON DIVERSIFIED INCOME LIMITED

The Company announces the allotment of 700,000 Ordinary Shares at 90.75p per share on 2 October 2014, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 1 October 2014 was 88.4p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 7 October 2014. As at 7 October 2014 the issued share capital will be 138,331,726 and the number of voting rights will be 138,331,726.
