The Company announces the allotment of 2,000,000 Ordinary Shares at 92.875p on 05 February 2015, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 04 February 2015 was 90.4p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 09 February 2015. As at 09 February 2015 the issued share capital will be 152,232,942 and the number of voting rights will be 152,232,942.
