The Company announces the allotment of 1,576,216 Ordinary Shares at 91.10p per share on 8 January 2015, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 7 January 2015 was 88.7p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 12 January 2015. As at 12 January 2015 the issued share capital will be 147,207,942 and the number of voting rights will be 147,207,942.
