HENDERSON DIVERSIFIED INCOME LIMITED

The Company announces the allotment of 300,000 Ordinary Shares at 90.00p on 21 October 2015, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 20 October 2015 was 87.80p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 23 October 2015. As at 23 October 2015 the issued share capital will be 163,768,240 and the number of voting rights will be 163,768,240.
