HENDERSON DIVERSIFIED INCOME LIMITED

The Company announces the allotment of 750,000 Ordinary Shares at 90.125p on 29 October 2015, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 28 October 2015 was 88.20p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 2 November 2015. As at 2 November 2015 the issued share capital will be 164,518,240 and the number of voting rights will be 164,518,240.
