The Company announces the allotment of 600,000 Ordinary Shares at 92.75p on 02 April 2015, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 01 April 2015 was 90.60p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 08 April 2015. As at 08 April 2015, the issued share capital will be 157,928,240 and the number of voting rights will be 157,928,240.
