The Company announces the allotment of 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares at 89.50p on 8 October 2015, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 7 October 2015 was 87.60p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 12 October 2015. As at 12 October 2015 the issued share capital will be 162,468,240 and the number of voting rights will be 162,468,240.
