HENDERSON DIVERSIFIED INCOME LIMITED

The Company announces the allotment of 300,000 Ordinary Shares at 90.25p on 4 November 2015, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 3 November 2015 was 88.20p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 6 November 2015. As at 6 November 2015 the issued share capital will be 165,318,240 and the number of voting rights will be 165,318,240.
