HENDERSON DIVERSIFIED INCOME LIMITED

The Company announces the allotment of 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares at 92.25p on 31 October 2016, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 28 October 2016 was 89.7p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 2 November 2016. As at 2 November 2016 the issued share capital will be 175,868,240 and the number of voting rights will be 175,868,240.
