HENDERSON DIVERSIFIED INCOME LIMITED

The Company announces the allotment of 1,450,000 Ordinary Shares at 93p on 5 September 2016, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 2 September 2016 was 90.7p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 7 September 2016. As at 7 September 2016 the issued share capital will be 169,143,240 and the number of voting rights will be 169,143,240.
