HENDERSON DIVERSIFIED INCOME LIMITED

The Company announces the allotment of 3,000,000 Ordinary Shares at 91.60p on 02 February 2017, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 01 February 2017 was 89.30p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 06 February 2017. As at 06 February 2017 the issued share capital will be 179,568,240 and the number of voting rights will be 179,568,240.
