Publication of Supplementary Prospectus

Henderson Diversified Income Limited (the "Company") has today published a supplementary prospectus approved by the UK Listing Authority.  The publication of the supplementary prospectus is a regulatory requirement under the Prospectus Rules following the publication of the Company's annual report and financial statements for the year ended 31 October 2015.

The supplementary prospectus is supplemental to, and should be read in conjunction with, the prospectus published by the Company on 26 March 2015 in relation to the issue of up to 70 million New Shares in aggregate.
