The Company announces the allotment of 500,000 Ordinary Shares at 89.25p on 22 May 2013, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 21 May 2013 was 87.6p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 28 May 2013. As at 28 May 2013 the issued share capital will be 87,440,877 and the number of voting rights will be 87,440,877.
