The Company announces the allotment of 100,000 Ordinary Shares at 88.25p on 2 May 2013, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 1 May 2013 was 86.9p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 8 May 2013. As at 8 May 2013 the issued share capital will be 85,890,877 and the number of voting rights will be 85,890,877.
