The Company announces the allotment of 200,000 Ordinary Shares at 88.75p on 4 June 2013, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 3 June 2013 was 86.9p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 7 June 2013. As at 7 June 2013 the issued share capital will be 87,640,877 and the number of voting rights will be 87,640,877.
