The Company announces the allotment of 200,000 Ordinary Shares at 89.00p on 16 May 2013, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 15 May 2013 was 87.4p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 21 May 2013. As at 21 May 2013 the issued share capital will be 86,940,877 and the number of voting rights will be 86,940,877.
