The Company announces the allotment of 200,000 Ordinary Shares at 87.00p on 19 September 2013, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 18 September 2013 was 85.4p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 24 September 2013. As at 24 September 2013 the issued share capital will be 89,340,877 and the number of voting rights will be 89,340,877.
