The Company announces the allotment of 500,000 Ordinary Shares at 90.00p on 4 March 2014, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 3 March 2014 was 87.9p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 7 March 2014. As at 7 March 2014 the issued share capital will be 117,606,726  and the number of voting rights will be 117,606,726.
