The Company announces the allotment of 650,000 Ordinary Shares at 90.25p on 5 March 2014, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 4 March 2014 was 88.1p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 5 March 2014. As at 5 March 2014 the issued share capital will be 118,256,726  and the number of voting rights will be 118,256,726
