The Company announces the allotment of 2,000,000 Ordinary Shares at 91.00p per share on 9 April 2014, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 8 April 2014 was 88.8p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 14 April 2014. As at 14 April 2014 the issued share capital will be 124,656,726 and the number of voting rights will be 124,656,726.
