The Company announces the allotment of 850,000 Ordinary Shares at 90.60p on 26 March 2014, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 26 March 2014 was 88.40p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 31 March 2014. As at 31 March 2014 the issued share capital will be 122,656,726 and the number of voting rights will be 122,656,726.
