The capital of Henderson Diversified Income Limited, as at 31 December 2014, consisted of 145,631,726 Ordinary Shares with voting rights. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Henderson Diversified Income Limited is 145,631,726. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Henderson Diversified Income Limited under the Rules.
