Cancellation of Shares held in Treasury

Henderson EuroTrust plc hereby gives notification that it has cancelled the 98,000 ordinary shares of 5p each that, in the period from 28 January 2009 to 24 June 2009, it bought in the market to hold in Treasury. 

Following the cancellation of the 98,000 shares, the Company holds no shares in Treasury and the issued share capital and total number of voting rights in Henderson EuroTrust plc is 22,968,063.
