Cancellation of Shares held in Treasury

Henderson EuroTrust plc hereby gives notification that it has cancelled the 2,091,138 ordinary shares of 5p each that, in the period from 16 October 2009 to 22 June 2010, it bought in the market to hold in Treasury.

Following the cancellation of the 2,091,138 shares, the Company holds no shares in Treasury and the issued share capital and total number of voting rights in Henderson EuroTrust plc is 20,876,925.
