ADJOURNMENT OF THE SEPARATE CLASS MEETINGS OF THE ORDINARY AND ZDP SHAREHOLDERS


Due to a lack of quorum at the separate class meetings of the ordinary and zero
dividend preference shareholders the separate class meetings have been
reconvened for 10.00 a.m. and 10.15 a.m. on 27 June 2002 respectively.
