Voting Rights and Capital

In conformity with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1 we would like to notify the market of the following:

As at 31 July 2016, the Company's issued share capital consists of 21,205,541 ordinary shares of 5p of which 21,185,541 shares have voting rights and 20,000 shares are held in Treasury without voting rights.

The figure above (21,185,541) is also the total number of voting rights in Henderson EuroTrust plc and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Henderson EuroTrust plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
