Market Purchase of Company's Own Shares

Notification is given that pursuant to the authority granted at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 12 November 2009 to make market purchases of the Company's own shares of 5p, a market purchase, for cancellation, of 15,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company was made today at a price of 508.4467p per share. 

The issued share capital of the Company following this purchase has reduced to 20,851,925 ordinary shares of 5 pence each. The number of ordinary shares to be used in the calculation of voting rights is now 20,851,925.
