Market Purchase by the Company of its Own Shares

Henderson EuroTrust plc announces that on 14 July 2016 it purchased 20,000 ordinary of 5p at 844p per share to be held in Treasury.

The purchase will reduce the number of ordinary shares in issue that have full voting rights to 21,185,541.

The Company's called-up ordinary share capital will continue to be 21,205,541 shares, of which 20,000 (0.09%) are held in Treasury and have no voting rights.

Voting Rights

The Company's issued share capital comprises ordinary shares of 5p each.

Holders of the Company's ordinary shares are entitled to one vote for every share.
