The Company announces the allotment of 200,000 Ordinary Shares at 248.0p on 13 July 2009, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 10 July 2009 was 245.0p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 16 July 2009. As at 16 July 2009 the issued share capital will be 81,462,621 and the number of voting rights will be 81,462,621.
