The Company announces the allotment of 50,000 Ordinary Shares at 252.0p on 14 July 2009, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 13 July 2009 was 241.2p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 17 July 2009. As at 17 July 2009 the issued share capital will be 81,512,621 and the number of voting rights will be 81,512,621.
