The Company announces the allotment of 150,000 Ordinary Shares at 278.0p on 31 July 2009, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 30 July 2009 was 267.3p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 5 August 2009. As at 5 August 2009 the issued share capital will be 82,792,621 and the number of voting rights will be 82,792,621.
