The Company announces the allotment today of 425,000 Ordinary Shares of 219p each fully paid under its block listing facility. The issued share capital is now 78,047,621.

These shares were issued for cash on 31 March 2009 at a price of 219p per share. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 30 March 2009 was 213.6p
