The Company announces the allotment of 275,000 Ordinary Shares at 237.0p on 29 April 2009, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 28 April 2009 was 225.8p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 5 May 2009. As at 5 May 2009 the issued share capital will be 78,922,621 and the number of voting rights will be 78,922,621.
