The Company announces the allotment of 100,000 Ordinary Shares at 269.25p on 28 August 2009, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 27 August 2009 was 269.25p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 3 September 2009. As at 3 September 2009 the issued share capital will be 83,357,621 and the number of voting rights will be 83,357,621.
