The Company announces the allotment of 100,000 Ordinary Shares at 303.75p on 12 May 2010, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 11 May 2010 was 293.7p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 17 May 2010. As at 17 May 2010 the issued share capital will be 94,930,564 and the number of voting rights will be 94,930,564.
