The Company announces the allotment of 500,000 Ordinary Shares at 275.0p on 15 September 2009, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 14 September 2009 was 266.9p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 18 September 2009. As at 18 September 2009 the issued share capital will be 84,107,621 and the number of voting rights will be 84,107,621.
