The Company announces the allotment of 175,000 Ordinary Shares at 315.0p on 16 February 2011, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 15 February 2011 was 301.0p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 21 February 2011. As at 21 February 2011 the issued share capital will be 99,130,564 and the number of voting rights will be 99,130,564.
