The Company announces the allotment of 150,000 Ordinary Shares at 332.5p on 26 October 2010, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 25 October 2010 was 327.5p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 29 October 2010. As at 29 October 2010 the issued share capital will be 97,855,564 and the number of voting rights will be 97,855,564.
