The Company announces the allotment of 100,000 Ordinary Shares at 290.0p on 7 June 2010, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 4 June 2010 was 288.5p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 10 June 2010. As at 10 June 2010 the issued share capital will be 95,130,564 and the number of voting rights will be 95,130,564.
