The Company announces the allotment of 75,000 Ordinary Shares at 291.5p on 25 January 2010, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 22 January 2010 was 285.2p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 28 January 2010. As at 28 January 2010 the issued share capital will be 91,680,564 and the number of voting rights will be 91,680,564.
