The Company announces the allotment of 365,000 Ordinary Shares at 249.25p on 14 May 2009, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 13 May 2009 was 245.9p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 19 May 2009. As at 19 May 2009 the issued share capital will be 80,337,621 and the number of voting rights will be 80,337,621.
