The Company announces the allotment of 200,000 Ordinary Shares at 287.5p on 9 February 2010, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share at the close of business on 8 February 2010 was 273.9p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 12 February 2010. As at 12 February 2010 the issued share capital will be 92,880,564 and the number of voting rights will be 92,880,564.
